What is included in standard installation?

The starting price includes labour, travel within our service area, standard installation materials, up to 5 metres of surface-run power cable and a standard protected charging circuit. Connection, setup and checks are also included. You supply the charger; it is not included in the price.

One standard wall penetration and limited digging are included. Limited digging means a small hole beside the outside wall to route the cable into the crawl space. Cable trenches and paving work are not included.

Prices assume wall mounting, an easily accessible route and sufficient space in the existing consumer unit. Starting prices apply to a suitable charger with built-in DC leakage detection. Cable selection and protection are specified in your quote; any additional protection required is extra work.

Load balancing at an extra charge

Load balancing is available as an optional extra. The module, cabling and settings required depend on your charger and installation. We specify the options and costs in your quote beforehand.

A mounting post, foundation, extra power or data cable, additional or specialist drilling, floor drilling and changes to the consumer unit or incoming supply are outside the standard price. We discuss these items before you approve the work.
