Clear starting price, including the first hour

These rates apply Monday to Friday and include 21% VAT, travel within Zuid-Holland and Utrecht, and the first 60 minutes of labour. The starting price is the minimum charge, even if the fault is resolved sooner. Materials and any parking costs are discussed separately.

After the first hour, each started 15 minutes costs €18.75 during the day, €25 in the evening or €31.25 at night. The €40 evening surcharge and €80 night surcharge are already included in the starting price and are not added again.

Availability and additional work

Evening and night visits are available by arrangement. Weekend and public holiday rates are agreed separately. If work crosses into a different time band, we agree the applicable rate in advance. Before we set off, you hear the total starting price and rates for additional time.

Not every fault can be resolved within an hour. The cause, required parts and condition of the installation determine what is needed. Additional time or parts are discussed upfront. We do not promise a fixed arrival time or round-the-clock availability.
